Vestibular migraine
I have vestibular migraine for that i feel severe dizziness. Sometimes it lasts more than two weeks or months. I have been diagnosed with it 1 year ago. As doctor prescribed, I took sibellium 10 for 3 months. Sometimes I get normal sometimes it triggers. I can't sit at computer for a longer time. Is there any solution? Or any dietary changes I have to do?

You need to keep hydrated and do regular exercises.
Treatment with medication may be required but exactly the one ur taking.
Check your workplace comfort.
