Last 3-4 months have been feeling vibration in pennies ...sometimes it is very much frequent sometimes not. Not only that at the end of urinating it feels like still its there...sometimes it ends with droppings.

hello..it's probably that you are having incomplete evacuation....get a usg scan done with full bladder...consult a gen surgeon first...even about your veins...
