Viral Fever
Hi , i guess i am suffering from viral fever, i am feeling pain in my whole body , fever and headache too , there is one small types of pimple on my tongue and runny nose, i took cerazine and paracetamol , but i couldn't fell so much of relief.
Please suggest some medicine

I can understand your concern.
For your guess,
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
