Visible Epiglottis

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I stuck out my tongue to brush it and saw cartilage in the back of my throat. YouTube videos say it's my Epiglottis. Is this normal or is it swollen? Also feel like I'm getting a cold: low energy, groggy headed, nose runny, hot/cold. Thank you!
