Visible Hair Loss

I had very good hairs because of dandruff I started using shampoo everyday and I am in the same practise for almost 10 years. If I don't use shampoo for hair I feel very uncomfortable. For past 3 years there is a visible hair loss and the hair has become very thin in parietal front and parietal mid region. Is there any way I can prevent further hair fall and can regrow my lost hair ?
