Hi, Is there any eye drop regular use of which can correct vision( if have little number in 1 eye like +- 1.0) ?

Sir there is no Eyedrops or any medications which can correct vision. After the age of 21 years the power of the eye stabilizes. So whatever is your glasses power +/- 1 it's for rest of your life. After the age of 40 years everyone has to wear a reading glass too. If you don't like using glasses then you can opt for any Refractive surgery to get rid of glasses. It's a personal choice.
