My mom is suffering from eye problem. acc. to dr. there is bleeding from retina which is causing blurriness and lack of vision.
she is in dehradun, n doctors over there are asking for test. i m worried for my mom, dont know how to help her. plzz suggest me whom to refer n where?

This may be due to many causes like diabetes etc.
