Vit d def with melasma
I have diagnosed with vit d deficiency and i am having melasma also ...which is aggravated now a days on my face ...i want to know is vit d deficiency and melasma related to each other? Due to epidermal melasma i have lost my confidence .please help.

Sun Exposure for 40 MINUTES daily. The best would be to walk, jog or run in sunlight.
Eat Fish ( if you are non vegetarian).
FORTIFIED Cereals.
Cod Liver oil.
