Vit d3 60k is safe in5 week of pregnancy
Please guide it is safe to take vitamin d3 60k in 5 week of pregnancy ?? My wife level of vitamin d3 is 7ng/ml and what should be best time to take???

She should take as it is very low and definitely vit d3 deficiency can have impact on pregnancy leading to higher chance of preeclampsia and bone health is affected

Her Vit D3 levels are very low . Yes you can take it No problem in taking it during pregnancy
