I am taking vit D3 60k once a week.Today I have taken one.Now can I take zincovit for mouth ulcer?For earlier I took zincovit for mouth ulcer and it worked well.Thank you.

Yes You may take it if it was effective Also maintain good oral hygiene Take natural source of vitamins and minerals. Fruits and salads will help.
