Take iron for at least 6 months. But calcium should be continued as long as you breast feed the baby. Vitamins can be stopped. Have a well balanced diet. Milk/ curds/ buttermilk/ paneer should be included in daily diet.
Calcium requirements increase when one is breast feeding.
