Vitamin B12 deficiency can be due to your heart medications. It affects your intestines bacteria that produces b12 and also you will have low absorption from stomach. Increasing dietary sources of VitB12 with some source of normal gut bacteria, called lactobacillus, will be useful. Liver enzymes do go up with vitamin deficiency. So wait and repeat tests next time do an liver ultrasound.
Next Steps
Vitamin rich foods and lactobacillus

Vit B12 deficiency can increase ur bilirubin , as there will be destruction of b12 deficient blood cells. ..and it is just borderline high... Correction of B12 deficiency will autocorrect most of this...so increase toned milk products or B12 vitamin supplements.. R u diabetic?
