Vitamin b 12 deficiency
I am  b12 deficient and the  level is 143. Earlier my iron level was also low but i started taking orofer XT and now it is at 74. Please suggest tablet to increase and maintain the required levels. Should i take neurobion forte ( one/day) and orofer XT or just take carnyl-fe for both iron and vitamin b12 i am taking thyronorm 75mg for thyroid which is at 4.1
