Vitamin B12: 140 pmol/L
Recently got a blood test done and found that my Vitamin B12 is 140 pmol/L. I want to know if it is under deficiency. If yes then what has to be taken to increase the levels. I am vegetarian. Have muscle and back pains from long time. Kindly advice.
