Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D
Hi, My vitamin B12 is 105 & Vitamin D is 24.7. I am taking Methylcobalamin 500mcg tab morning & Vitamin D sachet on Sunday. I still feel fatigue ( sometimes extreme fatigue ) in morning or other times in a day & sometimes pins in the legs. I feel the tab & sachet is not enough. My Total bilirubin is 1.47. Kindly help
