Vitamin B12 and D is very low
Vitamin B12 is very low 88 pg/ml. I am taking medicine for B12. Am I in danger? Vitamin D is 26 ng/ml. Any suggestions for daily diets to improve the vitamin B12 and D?

You can eat chicken liver, mutton liver, milk to increase vit B12 . For Vit D consume more of green leafy vegetables. You can take supplements to increase the vitamin levels.
