Vitamin B12 deficiency and weaknesses
I feel tiredness, have continuous headaches and light headedness, numbness in my arm muscles, sometimes leg cramps, continuous pain in my back shoulders and lower back.One year back I got my tests done and vitamin b12 levels came very less which was 113.9pg/ml...was prescribed 5 injections of B12 of 2ml each... again got my B12levels checked yesterday considering my weak health and lightheadedness which came as 208 pg/ml... please help with your input for the same.Thanks.

your vit b12 seems ok now. please check your thyriod and vit d levels.

following lifestyle changes which could help: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet - Eat iron rich food - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly
