Vitamin b12 deficiency
I was going thru a lot of issues with digestion and continuous dizziness and vision problems in the last year and ended myself doing panchkarma treatment which helped me overcome digestion problems but still i keep feeling dizzy I got my b12 levels checked last month and it was 170 pg/ml which is being deficiency. I have been taking becadaxamin for 15 days but due to headaches my GP asked me to start neurobion forte a couple of days ago. I had also completed 5 infections of vitcofol 2 days ago. But I'm still feeling weak and dizzy. Vision has seem to be worsen. Should I continue taking injections or just continue with tablets.
