My vitamin b12 level is 244 ....Is this considered low ?
I am taking folvite Mb ... 1 tab per day
I have been advised eldervit 12 injection ... one per month .... I have 3 such injections till now
How long will recovery take ?

Sir if ur vitamin b 12 level is 244 then its moderate deficiency . And as you are age is 63 I will recommend u an initally inj . Eldervit 30mcg intramuscular for daily 7 days then followed by inj.eldervit .30mcg Once a week for next 3 months followed by monthly 1 inj. For 4 months..
