I have vitamin d deficiency with 14 One of my doctor suggested to take rise d 60k for once a week for 2 months Whereas another doctor suggested Rise d 60 k daily for 5 days then once in a week for 1 month and once in a month for 4months Which is best to take?

Hello, When you have a deficiency, the approach should be to correct it and to maintain. The standard advice is to take 60K weekly for 3 months, check whether the results are normal and maintain it with once a month.
