Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Hi, i have vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency. To rectify these i am using below tablets since 3 months. For Vitamin B12 Neurobion Forte For Vitamin D Vitamin D3 + Calcium Could you please confirm how long i have to use these tablets to get better range of these two vitamins in the body.

How and when were u diagnosed with those deficiencies?.do u have symptoms? Plus neurobion forte doesn't have enough B12 to correct ur deficiency. .. Vitamin D needs a close monitoring while treatment along with calcium levels... So...consult for further management
