Vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency from a month. Lack of appetite and digestion problems faced such as motion. Tiredness and joints pain.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Have a high protein diet and instead of having 3 huge meals a day, have 5 smaller meals. Have a lot of greens and vegetables and fruits. Get adequate sun exposure. Like up to 20 minutes a day with at least 20 percent of the body area exposed before 1 a.m . Inj. Neurobion forte on alternate days for 7 doses and inj. Uprise D3 6L once a week for 4 weeks. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
