Vitamin d deficiency and mouth ulcer
I m getting one attacked of mouth ulcer 1month ago.. Approx 5 mouth ulcer big... After 3 weeks the ulcer has gone... But my stomach pain starts... Harder stool doctor give me mediciene... But small ulcer happen and goes.. Doctor done a test of vitamin D it was too low approx 9.36..he give me mediciene i'm on mediciene... Little weakness back pain i though lets do one cbc...plg u check my report and say it is normal.. Or anythingh to worry...plG help.. Plg say...

The reports shows there is slight change in lymphocytes in absolute count and differential count along with changes in the mchc, mcv.
But there's nothing to be worried of as there is no significant changes.
The stomach pain can be associated with the mouth ulcer (aphthous ulcer) as peptic ulcer disease is usually associated with mouth ulcer and stomach ulcer.
The stomach ulcer can lead to the stomach pain.
The stomach ulcer can be a duodenal ulcer which causes abdominal pain usually after the meal.
Identify the condition and treat accordingly.

Avoid spicy food for aleast 2 weeks or till the difficulties subside.
Have more vegetables, fibre rich food in the diet.
Eat easily digestible food for few days.
Consult a gastroenterologist, identify the condition and treat the condition accordingly.
Have the medications for vitamin D deficiency properly and continue for atleast few months.
check for calcium deficiency while doing blood tests for vitamin D after 3 months as the back pain can be attributed to calcium defiency associated with vitamin D deficiency.

Have food in the right time and more frequent diet ie, 3-5 times a day in the proper time.
After having food in right time, there should be gap of atleast 3 hours a day before going for sleeping.
