Vitamin D Deficiency

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have very low to nil exposure to sun (in summers and winters both). I think I might be having Vitamin D deficiency. Can you please prescribe the course of Vitamin D? (Economical medication preferred) And is it safe to take medication for Vitamin D without running test for the same?
