Vitamin D deficiency
I have Vitamin D level 7.6 , feeling joint pains for even normal work. B12 is 316 and Iron at 76.1. Please suggest me the best options to recover from this. Thanks

First check with ur diet contents.Try to supplement in food items liike sprouts,Milk,all diary products,Dal,Milllets,Pkenty of water,Dates,Nuts.;evn if u r Non.vegetarian,u can take 2-3 Eggs(without yellow),Fish,Meat also. Practice Walking,Get exposed to sun light ifor min.15-30min.around7am. If still persistent,U can go for T/t for sometime.

Vitamin D B12 deficiency cause joints pain.
Next Steps
vitamin D a available in sun light daily. secondly a tablet of vitamin D3 is available in the market,named D3 must 60 k  take this tablet once a week regularly . and vitamin B12 tablet once daily available in the market. fo joints pain you may take  analgesic tablet thrice daily , And massage daily by Narayan tail twice daily.
