I recently did a Vitamin D3 test and the results are bad. Report shows a value of 7.72, i have attached th report. I feel tired most of the time. Last night I fainted while out with friends. I also have dark circles and sunken eyes. How should I go about getting the Vitamin D levels to normal. Thank you!

Yes you have low Vitamin D3 levels so you should take Vitamin D supplements. 10 Vitamin D sachets twice a week mixed in milk. Along with that I would also advise you to take multivitamins as you have faced fainting episodes. Take tablet zincovit 1 tablet daily.
Next Steps
consulta general physician and get your blood test done for hemoglobin levels
Health Tips
eat green leafy vegetables and fibre rich proteinaceous diet. avoid spicy non vegetarian food and avoid smoking and alcohol.
