Vitamin D deficiency
I recently got checked.. my vitamin d levels came up to be 7.58 ng/ml. Is supplementation necessary?

if u have symptoms of deficiency u should be on supplements.or else diet and sun exposure is fine.for more help consult personally.

Normal vitamin d levels are 30-60, so you are deficient. Kindly start vitamin d supplementation along with calcium.
