Vitamin d deficiency
I was having body aches for the past one month and i got my vitamin d levels checked which were only 8ng/mol.so i am fearing that could the pain be due to fibromyalgia or it is due to vitamin d deficiency. What should be my dosage now and how long the pain Will subside Please help

Vitamin D  8 Ng/mil is too low. My suggestion is: 1. Inj Arachitol (6 Lacs units) Intramuscularly stat. 2. Cap D3MUST 60k twice in a week for 8 weeks. 3. Cod liver oil capsules once daily for 2 months (nonveg).
Next Steps
After 2 months, get vitamin D and Uric Acid tested for. Exercises will help.
