Vitamin D deficiency, Lower back pain
I am having Vitamin D deficiency. As per report my 25-OH vitamin D total serum is 8.1. I want a good suggestion from your end.

You will require Vitamin D supplementation to increase this deficiency and to bring it to normal values. Food which are rich in vitamin D are: - Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. - Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. - Beef liver. - Cheese. - Egg yolks. Low levels of vitamin D and calcium can cause degeneration of bone, so kindly get the values corrected.
