Vitamin D deficiency Test Results are VITAMIN D2 LC-MS/MS 10.41 ng/mL VITAMIN D3 LC-MS/MS 7.43 ng/mL VITAMIN D TOTAL LC-MS/MS 17.84 ng/ My age 65, weight 90 kgs Height 5'7" Kindly suggest right treatment. Thanks

Cap. UpRise D3, 60k, once a week x 12 weeks Also Exposure to sunlight (with arms and legs uncovered), preferably in noon hours , 10 to 15 minutes a day.
