What tablet do I take for Vitamin D deficiency? This was diagnosed in my full health check-up through MedYog and I have a desk job where I see nil to negligible sunlight

Need to know your Vit D3 value.... If it is so low, then start vitD tablet May I suggest, 1. Tab. Lumia 60K 1 tablet once in a week × 2 months, then 0nce in 2 weeks × next 3 months, then once in a month × next 6 months 2. Adequate sunlight exposure
