Sir i have knee pain since from december 2016 but now i m feeling much well i want know that why still my knee give the sound of clicking

Diagnosing your knee pain from the history is really not possible. Close differentials include: Chondromalacia, patello-femoral pain syndrome & or a meniscal pathology. Clicks are probably due to abnormal tracking of patella in femoral groove and associated loss of cartilage. Please consider visiting your orthopaedic doctor and physiotherapist for same
