My vitamin D level is 26 and my doctor prescribed me to take 60k sachet for 12 weeks..
My question here is after when I complete 12 week.
Can I take any vitamin D supplement of 700ui ..
As I am a working woman I don't get sufficient sunlight.
I have hypothyroidism also.
Please do tell me which supplement should I take to balance my vitamin D level.
Thanks in advance for your help.😊

Hello . Instead of taking this supplements which give temporary results I suggest you to take Homeopathic Medicine to increase vit d permanently.. try to expose to sunlight as much as possible..
Foods that provide vitamin D include: Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Foodsfortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.
eat mushroom.
eat leafy vegetables.
drink milk.
you can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment and guidance..
