Vitamin d3 is 18
Sir, I have pain in joint of fingers of both leg and hand, knee pain, heel pain. And pain is on and off. Shifting. I have tested RA is normal Uric is normal Vit b12 normal Vitamin d3 is 18 Only vit d3 deficiency can cause this much pain.

If the pain is not better after your supplements get your ESR, Anti CCP Antibodies,CRP, ANAIF and urine routine . This will rule out most of rheumatological and connective tissue disease.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for knees and ankles and feet. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Joint pains can occur due to many conditions but bit d3 deficiency usually doesn’t cause this. If you have joint pains worse in morning and on rest. Than you might be having seronegative arthritis. Must consult doctor.

Only vitamin d3 deficiency can't cause so much pain.... It is one of the cause... But also rule out inflammatory arthritis... Consult your doctor
