Vitamin Deficiency
Hi i had a master healthcheckup recently and my Vit D levels looks insufficient also Serum Iron levels are nearby benchmark.Readings as below (Please suggest any natural way(Nutrition) + adding any medicinal  usages for this deficiency to be sorted) Also been facing severe back pain also sometimes which is not very frequent. Blood Pressure levels are 140/85 (Ecg and tmt reports are normal) Vit D = 12 mg/ml (Insuffucient) Vit B12 = 432 Serum Iron = 52 (micrograms/dl) serum uric acid = 8.0 Serum Globulin = 3.7 Serum albumin/Globulin = 1.35 Can you suggest what possible ways can the above deficiency be treated with a combination of nutritious foods and medicines to add if any. check your Serum vitamin B 12 level and vitamin D level   its very important to check it every year or twice a year   there are so many psycho somatic symptoms related to these vitamin deficiency  and we don't get these through our diet properly . And if you need further assistance then post me your reports, ill defiantly give you huge information about all these  mind it lower range of vitamins ( just above normal value ) is considered as deficiency means if your value of vit B comes at  200 m mo  ( value ranges from 150- 1000 m mol )  then this 200 is considered as deficiency of vit B 12   Symptoms of these may ranges from, tingling and numbness of limbs ,, pain in limbs & muscles ,, general Lethargy ,,,cracks and soreness on tongue ,,Gastritis ,,,,,constipation ,,,,worsening of skin problems ,,,,,, then after few months you may develop severe Anxiety  ( palpitation of heart and restlessness , lack of interest in any work ) without any cause ,,, sleep disturbances,,,, and Depression ,,,,,,and lastly you may develop paraesthesis   ( numbness of limbs ) and then paraplegia ( blockage of limb movements,  so little ignorance may leads to cascade of symptoms ,,,,,, so kindly do check these duo vit specially for your Children's and Elderly ,,, they are more and more prone to develop deficiency of  duo ,,,, (elderly means, now a days above 35 ) If they are less then you will need to take these supplements Tab. Cholecalciferol 60000 units once a week for 6 weeks then once a month for 4 months. Tab. Shelcal 500 mg once daily with food B complex vitamins once a day for 2 months Regular milk in diet Avoid all fatty and junk foods all types of ghee, butter and myoniese. Regular exercise at least 45 minutes & 5 times a week.
