Sir... I have vitiligo in face and lips..this is stable and segmental..today I visited 2 skin clinics for to know about vitiligo surgery.when i visited one clinic docter said melanocyte transplantion is more successful in lip and face...
Then I visited another clinic docter said melanocyte transplantion is successful only in face and blister grafting is more successful in lips..
I didn't know which is successful..I am totally confused..sir please say melanocyte transplantion is successful in lips?I hope you will response the valuable answer..

Both are good surgery with good results. Blister grafting is faster result but may show little less match.
Melanocyte suspension transplant ( thats the technical name) surgery may show better match but may have little higher chances of failure
