Vocal cord muscle tension dysphonia
Hello there. After a throat Infection few months back, 1. I'm feeling tightness in the throat 2. Strains to talk which I never felt normally. 3. Throat gets little irritation by some food. Currently I can talk normally but feels strained. Doesn't feel like shouting or yelling. Currently I'm resting my voice but Can it be cured? I'm kinda worried Thanks

Yes u will be fine after some time.. it can be due to acidity Dont jump directly to vocal dysphonia
