Vocal cord paralysis
Hello doctot i am not able to speak from 5th of September i also did endoscopy by doctors advice and doctor concluded that it is a vocal cord paralysis. which is now recovering but still i am not able to speak as i was used to initially do

We have to find the cause of Vocal cord paralysis even though the cause is unknown in most of the cases. Was any CT scan of back and chest done? Any thyroid scan was done? Speech therapy is tried for three to six months and then if no improvement there are surgical procedures to correct it.
