Voice hoarseness due to shouted
Dear doctors, on my birthday I shouted a lot and after that my voice is gone like I can't able to speak properly I have hoarseness I thought it will get clear but it was not clearing it was there for more than 7 to 8 days but I'm not taking any precautions like voice rest , I'm playing cricket so daily I'm shouting now I'm in fear of hell what to do please help

The reason being known, best is voice rest. Parallely you can start with steam inhalation, tab lyser d , 2 times a day for 3 days .Lots of warm water
