Voice hoarseness
I've voice hoarseness problem since 12 years approx. My speech is not loud and clear like other men's as it should be. Also it pitches very low.

You seem to be suffering from puberphonia which is a common problem in young male patient. This condition if diagnosed can easily be managed by appropriate speech therapy by a experienced speech therapist
