Hello....I am 24y Boy. My voice is not clear and it not suit with my personality. Sometime when i call unknown person he predict me as women. Is their any voice treatment and sergery to change my voice manly and deep ? If yes,than which specialist i have to consult for further treatment.

As per your description it might be due to puberphonia.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment.. speech therapy may help.. details psychological evaluation if required..
