Hi sir iam 25 years old and when ever i speak in phone with new people they think that it is a lady voice but when ever I speak straight to them no one ask me but I am feeling guilty when ever iIspoke to someone else what is the actual problem will this will be for life long please suggest me

You might be having a high frequency voice please visit an ENT to rule out puberphonia and speech therapy
