My wife is pregnant and she has continuous vomit (twice a day). She is on medication (Doxinate) but still its not resolved. Its been 4 weeks. Its her first trimester. Please suggest what can be done.

If she s not able to tolerate anything and even after doxinate she s still vomiting.you cn give her tab ondem MD twice daily for 3 days.
Once she feels okie again start tab doxinate.
If still not releived get her admitted for iv antiemetics

She can take Ondem Md 4 mg as and when necessary max twice a day, and she can increase dose of doxinate to twice a day if currently she is taking only once
