Vomiting 10yrs
My son 10 yrs old is continuously vomiting since today morning. Gave him lanzol kid 15mg, however has not been much help. We have been travelling for last 4 days and food maybe the reason.

Give him Syrup Phenargan 25 mg if no lose stools.
After half an hour you can give him something to drink and if he doesn't vomit then give him something to eat as well.
He could be having a infection of intestine or just a motion sickness.
If he has fever and lose stools as well he will need to see a paediatrician.

If it is just a motion sickness you can repeat Phenargan half an hour before you start a travel.
Keep him well hydrated if no vomiting. Give him ORS powder, mix a tablespoon of ORS in a glass of water and let him sip into it .
