Vomiting after food
Hi..my son has been vomiting since last 2 day after he eats his food.no fever but has very slight cold.pls suggest if I need to take him to the doctor for further check up.

In cough and cold  There will be throat irritation  And hence tendency to  vomit  after each feed  or during feed Dont worry Treat  his  cough cold  first
