I am travelling a lot now a days & now i am feeling sick ,got vomiting and stomach ache. tell me what should i do. which medicine should i take..

Symptoms of Gastroenteritis. Take Tab Pan 40 twice daily before meals. Tab oflox-oz twice daily after meals. Tab Meftal spas thrice daily after meals. For 3 days
