I am 1 and half months pregnant and mujhe bahut vomiting ho ri h what should i do for it And i have facing pain in my stomach also can i eat a pain killer for it

Pain killers should not be taken in pregnancy.. For vomiting tale tab doxinate twice daily for 7 days.. You cn also tk syrup digene 2tsf thrice daily for 5 days.. Do an ultrasound to rule out twins..
