Vomiting, diareaho
Hi, Actually i am suffering from 2 problems and I need your help, I never stayed outside my home till I was 23. After 23 I came to Bangalore for a job purpose I stayed here for one year and then I returned home djeto health issues. Please read the 2 problems described by me below in a clear way. Problem 1: I had suffered from severe vomiting and diarrhoea when I was in Bangalore but later after 2 to 3 days I was back to normal but after coming to home after one month again am facing these severe vomiting and diarreah. I did the had proper food while I was in Bangalore is it because of that? Problem 2: When I was in Bangalore I also used to have severe stomach pain before periods. Once the period comes the pain goes away. Every time I get my periods am facing this problem of severe stomach pain. Are these 3 problems related or are these 3 seperate problems and am I getting vomitings because of the food in Bangalore (actually I didn't used to have proper food in Bangalore)

Well yes due to outside unhygienic food u will have vomiting and diarrhoea. So u have to avoid eating outside , drink boiled or Aquaguard filtered water. As most of the time water is the source of infection. Pain during periods is common, but if periods are irregular , then u need to consult gynecologist For normal pain during menses u can take Tab Meftal Spas . Even due to increased weight periods become irregular and cause pain
