Hello
Because she is in first trimetser of pregnancy, she need to be given only those drugs which are must and should not harm the baby. She needs to be evaluated both by a obstretician and gastroenterologist to assess severity of the problem and then would advice the treatment accordingly. It is also a common problem that most preganant women develop nausea/vomiting during early pregnancy.
Take care
