Vomiting, feeling itchy and weak
I have been feeling a little itchy all over my body, weakness and have a vomiting like feeling since yesterday night after having my first unprotected intercourse on the same day. Today, I still feel it more or less. I am scared if it's HIV/STD/STI because symptoms are similar but too early. So, I don't know what it is. I don't feel any pain in penis or while peeing. I haven't noticed any rash on my body even if it's itchy since yesterday. please help me and tell what is exactly.
